That is exactly how I am feeling. I love Turbo fire and I love the results I can see but i wish that was reflecting on the scale. I don't have much to lose but I do have an ideal weight goal. If I don't start seeing more results soon I think I am going to add Insanity in with Turbo fire...
I love my daughter and I loved being pregnant but I do not like what pregnancy(and working in fast food) did to my body. I really need to get myself in check. I am a very picky eater and it is mostly healthy food I don't like but I need to get over that, I think.
Not going to give up.
It's hard to get into healthy eating! I love salads but it pretty much stops there. However I found these things called Chik Patties, they are tofu chicken basically, and they taste REALLY good. Not exactly like chicken but still good with some spice in there. I eat them with salads and ranch for lunch. Cheese sticks are also a healthy snack, and just adding in more fruits and a salad to your meals can make a big difference. Experiment, I'm sure you'll find a healthy meal you like too!
