I am entertaining the thought of running in the Music City marathon next year...
I am now on my third month of turbo fire and I am planning on completing 5 months of Turbofire and then moving on to Insanity.
I also have P90X but I not sure if I want to try P90X again. I was extremely bored with it the last time I tried...
So back to the marathon. I know it will be hard mentally, physically, and emotionally. I am not even completely sure I want to try it. I should wrap up my Beachbody workouts around October or November and I think I will try to start running after that. I haven't ran since I was in high school(no joke) and even then it was only a 1 mile or so. I also think that running a marathon will be a great goal. I might try my hand at a half marathon first(this one). We will see though. I will keep you up-to-date on my thoughts about this. Maybe I can find a buddy to train with me. Any takers???
There is a great website called Couch to 5k that helps you train if you are not a runner. I did a little of that right before I got pregnant, so that was the end of that. Have always had aspirations of being a runner, but definitely not there yet. Way to go, girl!
